Gerrit Guba was born in in Bremen. He received his fist musical training at the Knabenchor Bremen aged eight and was a member until 2007.
He was a member of the ensemble A-Chording which existed from 2004 to 2009 and received several awards at "Jugend Musiziert". After his graduation in 2006 he started to work as a Bridge-teacher.
He is studying Early Music Performance at the school of arts Bremen.
